Back in Chicago
The EveryDose team was reunited in Chicago for our Summer Summit 2023 – this being our 2nd time in Chicago . We had a jam-packed agenda over the 3-day event and wasted no time getting started! The Summit kicked off with rooftop lunch at Cindy’s on the 13th floor of the historic Chicago Athletic Association. Nothing beats the views of Lake Michigan on a summer day. The team then walked through Millennium Park to Maggie Daley Park for a friendly game of putt-putt. Our favorite hole was the Portillo’s hot dog, of course. After enjoying pizza by the river, we embarked on a fireworks cruise that took us onto the lake to watch Navy Pier’s “sky spectacle show”.
The Summit continued with team meetings at The Peninsula where we discussed company updates, project statuses, and product development ideas. We always leave feeling refreshed and inspired! Our evening plans consisted of eating authentic Italian at a local favorite, Topo Gigio, and attending a Chicago-style Second City show.
Temperatures cooled off just in time for the 3rd and final day of the Summit. Our morning began with coffee and donuts at a Chicago staple- Firecakes. We strolled through the Lincoln Park Conservatory, Lincoln Park Zoo, and the South Pond then had a farewell brunch where we said our goodbye’s and see you again’s. Everyone was right; Chicago summers ARE the best. We’re already looking forward to the next in-person team event!
